How to stop spy mobile phone?

Everyday at work, my male colleagues make fun of what me and my bf talked last night!! I was thinking that I think too much. Until one day at work male colleagues start calling me a nickname that only my bf called me the night before!
Then I texted myself that Mr.R(the guy who is making fun of the contents in mobile phone), you are an asshole. I have never swore at work before!! He went mad and told boss that I called him an asshole!!

What should I do? How can I stop them bully me at work?

One colleague said because I am not British so they can do what they want because I have no right like them and they don't like female engineer.!! I am very upset and trying to block my phone. I have been changing my number 2 times in one months!! and never leave my phone around. What should I do?

You could call the police if you would like, it's illegal to tap somebody's phone for the fun of it. They could go to jail for a very long time if you wanted to try to get them there, but I'd suggest having the cops confront them and I'm sure he'd stop. It's a felony to do this(at least here in the U.S., probably same in the UK) and he could get in alot of trouble for it.
